While Petey was attending college in the early 1980’s, Petey consumed this style of burger many times over while in college. On his return home to his beloved New York City, and running other restaurants over the years, Petey from time to time made this famous burger for friends and family , and they loved them! Hence, it was all that feedback that inspired the genesis of the Petey’s Burger™ creation and concept.
